  • As good on quality as other international potato chips brand
  • Variety of flavours (more options for customers)

Weakness
  • Plain packaging (whilst other brand have better eye catching packaging)
  • Less sales than other brands
  • Less advertisement in current media
  • Lack of reputation

Opportunities
  • Can export their product to more countries
  • Changes in the current eating habits (general trend on snacking)

  • High promotional activities by competitors
  • Larger competitors hold the market
