Digital Image Creation and Development: Photo Paper Developing Process

To process photo paper, the chemicals that are used were:

Stop Bath (ILFOSTOP)

Image 3

Rapid Fixer

Ready 3 empty containers to fill the chemicals.

For the first chemical, it is Paper Developer, use at dilution of 1+9. Pour it in the first container.

The second chemical is Stop Bath, use at dilution of 1+19. Pour it in the second container.

The third chemical is Rapid Fixer. use at dilution of 1+9. Pour it in the last container.

Before taking out the photo paper, make sure there are no source of light.

After choosing which photo you want to process from the film negative using the photo enlarger machine, expose the photo paper using the light from the machine and put it inside the first container.

Soak the paper inside the first container containing Paper Developer for 2 minutes.

Soak the paper inside the second container containing Stop Bath for 1 minutes.

Soak the paper inside the last container containing Rapid Fixer for 5 minutes.

Finally, soak inside of a tub with running water.
